Mjolo Hub has zero tolerance for the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Mjolo Hub is an adult dating service for people aged 18 and over only. These standards set out how
we prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our
app, and how we act on it.
What is prohibited
The following are strictly forbidden on Mjolo Hub. They lead to immediate content removal, a
permanent account ban, and reporting to the authorities where the law requires it:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, text or other content
that depicts, describes or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Sexualisation of minors — any sexual or sexually suggestive content involving,
or appearing to involve, a person under 18.
- Grooming or solicitation — any attempt to contact, groom, solicit or engage a
minor in sexual activity or communication.
- Trafficking, sextortion or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child in
any form.
- Use by minors — any use of Mjolo Hub by a person under the age of 18.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Mjolo Hub. Any
account we identify as belonging to a minor is removed.
How we enforce these standards
- In-app reporting. A Report and Block tool is
available on every profile and in every chat, so anyone can report CSAE, CSAM, or a suspected minor
directly inside the app.
- Prompt action. We review CSAE reports and act quickly — removing violating
content and permanently banning the accounts responsible.
- Reporting to authorities. We preserve relevant information and report apparent
child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for
Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law.
- Legal compliance. We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the
jurisdictions where Mjolo Hub operates.
